Who we are

pujasahitya.com is operated by Gayatri Pooja Bhandar ("we", "us"), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, Refund & cancellation policy and Privacy policy.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Combo prices are calculated from the current prices of the items inside them and the combo's discount; a combo's price may change if an item's price changes.

You may pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or by Cash on Delivery. An online order is confirmed only once the payment succeeds; an unpaid online order is cancelled automatically and no amount is charged.

Orders

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or the delivery address cannot be served; any payment made is refunded in full.

Please check the delivery address and mobile number at checkout — we deliver to what you give us.

Products

Handcrafted items vary slightly in colour, finish and weight from their photographs; this is the nature of the craft and not a defect. Product images may show accessories that are not included unless listed.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
