What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you choose to give it, your email address. We do not require you to create an account.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never stored on our servers; we receive only a payment reference.

How we use it

To pack and deliver your order, to send the order confirmation and tracking link, and to contact you if there is a problem with the delivery. Your mobile number is shared with the courier for delivery only.

What stays on your device

Your browser remembers your cart, the delivery details you last used and the Order IDs of orders placed on that device, so the next order is faster. This stays in your browser; clearing site data removes it.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with the courier and payment provider as needed to complete your order, or when the law requires it. Order records are kept for accounting as required by Indian law.

Your choices

Email pujasahityacom@gmail.com to correct your details or ask for your personal information to be deleted once any open order is complete.
