Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Every order gets an Order ID at checkout. When your parcel ships, the courier name and tracking number appear on your tracking page (pujasahitya.com/track) and, if you gave an email, in your inbox.

Delivery time

Mumbai and Maharashtra: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Other metro cities: 2–4 working days.

Rest of India: 4–7 working days.

These are typical times, not guarantees — festivals, weather and courier load can add a day or two. Delivery is to the address given at checkout; please make sure it is complete and that the mobile number is reachable.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹49 shipping charge, shown before you pay.

Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge.

Packaging

Idols, brass and glass are packed in protective material. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and write to us the same day — see our Refund & cancellation policy.
